About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with on-site product and engineering teams to define, analyze, and communicate requirements that guide the design and delivery of enterprise-grade software.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with on-site product teams to define, refine, and document product requirements aligned with business goals.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable specifications for product and engineering teams.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to evaluate competitor products and recommend enhancements based on the product roadmap.
- Facilitate requirement approvals and ensure seamless communication across engineering, QA, and leadership teams.
- Support defect triaging, manage open issues, and ensure alignment between expected and delivered outcomes.
- Bridge the gap between high-level product vision and implementation-level details to make requirements development-ready.
- Own the planning and delivery of business analysis tasks, ensuring quality, clarity, and business value.
- Develop and manage functional test scenarios, support UAT, conduct product demos, and lead user training sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Economics, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar business analysis or product-focused role.
- Prior experience in software engineering or technical QA will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, RUP, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ACP are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience writing user stories, use cases, and SRS documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to interface with global stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for requirements.
- Familiarity with AWS environments (ECS, EC2, CloudWatch) and deployment workflows.
- Experience using Datadog or similar observability tools for monitoring and incident investigation on web and mobile platforms.
